Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) About the Role Our client is looking for a dynamic and business-minded Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) who thrives in fast-paced, operational environments. This role requires someone with strong experience in distribution or business operations and a proven ability to build HR structures, systems, and processes from the ground up. As a strategic partner to the leadership team, you will drive people initiatives that enhance productivity, culture, and performance across the business. Key Responsibilities Partner closely with operations and business leaders to align people strategy with organizational goals. Develop and implement HR frameworks, policies, and procedures that support growth and operational excellence. Lead end-to-end talent management – from acquisition and onboarding to performance and retention. Champion culture-building, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives. Support organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning. Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR standards. Provide HR analytics and insights to inform business decisions. Ideal Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years as an HRBP in a distribution, logistics, or operations-driven organization. Hands-on experience developing HR systems and processes from scratch. Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate business needs into actionable HR strategies. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
