HUMAN RESOURCE BUSINESS PARTNER
SALARY: KES 60,000 – 100,000
LOCATION: NAIROBI
All candidates must:
- Degree in HR, Business Admin., or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with 2 years as an HRBP in a distribution, logistics, or operations-driven organization.
- Hands-on experience developing HR systems and processes from scratch.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate business needs into actionable HR strategies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
