GENERAL PURPOSE

Our client is seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and ambitious Human Resource Intern to support HR operations, employee records management, recruitment coordination, HR systems administration, and employee engagement initiatives.

This internship offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain practical exposure across multiple Human Resource functions within a structured learning environment.

• Support HR records digitization, filing, and documentation management
• Maintain accurate employee records and support HRIS data updates and audits
• Assist in employee data reconciliation and HR reporting activities
• Support recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate tracking
• Assist with onboarding, induction, internship, and probation review processes
• Support employee engagement, wellness initiatives, and Internal HR Programs

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong data analytical and reporting skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field (Preferably First Class Honors)
• Foundational understanding of Human Resource principles and the Employment Act of Kenya
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and administrative skills
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential employee information
