The HR Intern will assist the HR department in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, records management, and policy implementation. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment, supporting daily operations while gaining exposure to HR strategies, compliance, and talent management practices.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (final year students may be considered).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a professional HR environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR is an added advantage.
Key Competencies
- Assist with recruitment activities including CV screening and interview scheduling.
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Help organize HR events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, letters, and documentation.
- Participate in employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Provide support in daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
