Qualifications or requirements
Degree/Diploma in HR, Business Administration or related field
IHRM Kenya membership
Fluency in English & Swahili
Experience needed
2–3 years’ HR experience
Agricultural, horticultural or flower farm experience is an added advantage
Experience with Fairtrade or KFC audits
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
