The Human Resource role will focus on strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee experience, and digital workplace culture.

Key responsibilities will include managing hybrid/remote teams, fostering diversity and inclusion, performance management, compliance, and leveraging HR analytics to drive productivity.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Managing end-to-end recruitment, by sourcing and implementing digital onboarding processes.

Employee Experience & Culture: Driving engagement initiatives, strengthening organizational culture in hybrid environments, and enhancing employee wellbeing.

Performance & Development: Implementing continuous performance management systems and managing employee development.

HR Analytics & Technology: Using data to forecast staffing needs, measure productivity, and inform strategic decisions.

Compliance & Admin: Ensuring compliance with updated labor laws, managing payroll, and maintaining digital HR records.

Management Engagement: Engaging the management on employee performance appraisal, Budget allocations and Human Resource engagement activities such as team building.

Requirements

Technology Proficiency: Experience with HRIS, AI recruitment tools, and remote communication platforms.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to link HR initiatives to business operations and commercial goals.

Communication & Empathy: Strong interpersonal skills for handling employee relations, dispute resolution, and employee welfare.

Analytical Ability: Competence in reviewing HR data and metrics to improve performance.

Education: Bachelor’s/Diploma in degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Experience: Over three years’ experience in a busy environment/Firm managing over 20 Employees.
