ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support and strengthen the human resource operations at Harsh Distributors Ltd. The role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, employee records, leave administration, employee relations, disciplinary processes, and implementation of company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support efficient workforce management and ensure compliance with labour regulations in a fast-paced working environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate leave management and attendance monitoring.
  • Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in handling disciplinary matters and employee relations issues.
  • Coordinate staff training and development activities.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential personnel records.
  • Support payroll coordination and statutory compliance processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.
  • Perform any other HR-related duties assigned by management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CHRP certification or progress towards certification will be an added advantage.
  • Membership with IHRM will be an added advantage.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office applications is required.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and labour laws will be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in HR and Administration functions.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations and handling confidential employee information.

  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
