• Implement HR policies and procedures in line with the club's values and legal requirements.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.
• Administer performance management and employee development programs.
• Oversee HR operations including payroll, benefits and records management.
• Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement.
• Provide HR support and guidance to management and staff.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices.
• CHRPK certification or equivalent is an added advantage.
