Perfomia Group Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Human Resource Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our HR solutions, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business.

• Identify and prospect new clients for HR solutions and services.
• Promote and sell Perfomia Group Ltd HR services to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored HR solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet targets.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and goal-driven.

• Age: 25 to 40 years
• At least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Previous experience as a Human Resource Sales Representative.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR sales or related role.
• Certificate in Marketing is an added advantage.
