The key role will be to ensure that the activities of the HR are carried out in an effective and high-quality manner. 

Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
  • Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
  • checks and issuing employment contracts.
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
  •  Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • 2 years or more proven experience as an office administrator.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office and office management software.
  • Diploma in office administration/BSc./BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
  • Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
  • Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines.
  • Highly organized and flexible
  • Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy.
