• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Employee Relations & Compliance
• Performance Management
• Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Support
• Training & Development
• Coordinate training programs and maintain training records to support employee growth.

Qualifications & Experience

• CHRP certification or Higher National Diploma in Human Resources (Mandatory)
• IHRM Membership (Mandatory)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Social Sciences (added advantage)
• At least 3 years’ HR experience in a labour-intensive/unionisable environment
• Minimum 2 years’ hands-on HRMIS experience (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws
