The company is seeking to recruit an experienced, proactive and strategic I.T Manager who will be responsible for managing the entire IT infrastructure (networks, servers, endpoints, and service desk operations) ensuring their reliability, performance, and security and protect the organization's information assets by establishing and maintaining an enterprise-wide cybersecurity program.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's Degree is an added advantage).
Training: Expertise in NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls and regulatory compliance requirements.
Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role within I.T operations or security.
Skills & knowledge: In depth knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), SIEM/SOAR, virtualization, networking, and system administration.
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and service desk management, focus on process improvement, automation, and efficiency.
- Knowledge of Security Operations Center (SOC) and incident response activities.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and mitigate identified risks.
- Experience managing technical teams in an operational environment, possess excellent communication skills and project management skills.
- Industry certifications is an added advantage
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the 24/7 operational support for all infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, cloud) and end-user services.
- Oversee network and system administration, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Lead the Helpdesk/User Support team to deliver excellent service.
- Implement and manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans for infrastructure.
- Manage relationships with infrastructure vendors and service providers.
- Periodically audit HRIS & ERPS for both sectional and organizational use to ensure optimal utilization.
- Implement the corporate strategic objectives in line with the organizations Security Operations Policy.
- Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Lead security incident response and investigation processes.
- Manage and conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, security audits, and advise on mitigation strategies.
- Oversee, identity and access management (IAM) for systems like GuardForce.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and client security requirements.
- Manage security awareness training for the entire organization.
- Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to IT staff.
- Manage IT resources within budget, optimize costs, and oversee vendor contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Any other lawful duties that may be assigned by management from time to time.
