The ICT Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing the supermarket’s information and communication technology infrastructure. The role involves maintaining the ERP system, ensuring network stability, data integrity, and system security across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills to support smooth retail operations and drive technology-driven efficiency.
Manage, maintain, and optimize the company’s ERP systems to ensure seamless operations across all branches. Oversee network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, MPLS, SD-WAN, and VoIP systems, ensuring uptime and reliability. Administer Cloud-based solutions such as VMware, Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs), and VPN configurations. Implement, monitor, and troubleshoot data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity measures. Develop automation tools and system integrations to streamline reporting and operational efficiency. Provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting for IT systems and applications. Collaborate with management to align ICT strategies with organizational goals. Maintain up-to-date system documentation and technical manuals. Lead and supervise ICT support staff to ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
Proficiency in basic programming and automation, especially for report generation and system integration. Certifications such as CCNA or Google Cloud Services are a distinct advantage. Programming experience with JavaScript, Flutter & Dart, and Python is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, BBIT, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience managing ERP systems in high data-traffic environments. Strong knowledge of Cloud solutions such as VMware, VPC/VPNs, and related technologies. Hands-on experience in computer networking, including MPLS or SD-WAN and VoIP operations.
