Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure management-design, implement and maintain the hospitals ICT infrastructure-networks, servers, hardware and software
• System optimization-oversee hospital information system(HIS), electronic health records and billing systems to ensure efficiency
• Cyber security and compliance-implement IT security policies, ensure compliance with data protection act and manage cyber security threats.
• Strategic leadership-develop IT strategies aligned with hospital strategic plan
• Manage ICT department budget
• Support and training-lead the ICT team in providing technical support and conduct staff training on system usage

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or related field
• At least 3 years work experience in a health care set up
• Technical skills in networking, server administration and database management
