JOB DETAILS:

Role Summary:

We are looking for a tech-savvy ICT Manager to design, implement, and manage all information and communication technology systems for the hotel. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless technological infrastructure to support operations and guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the setup and configuration of all IT systems, including the Property Management System (PMS), network infrastructure, and guest Wi-Fi.
• Manage the procurement and installation of all hardware and software.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data integrity, and system backups.
• Provide technical support and training to staff, ensuring all systems run efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an ICT Manager in a 5-star hotel environment.
• Pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operating systems, networks, and security protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
