• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and hardware systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Manage data backups, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity measures.
• Provide technical support to staff and ensure minimal downtime.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and system updates.
• Maintain ICT documentation and ensure compliance with IT policies.

• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, and cybersecurity practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA) are an added advantage.
