Role Context

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable ICT Tutor to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective instruction in various ICT subjects, preparing students for industry-relevant challenges.

Responsibilities

The ICT Tutor will be expected to:

• Deliver lectures and practical sessions in ICT-related courses.
• Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and assessment tools.
• Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and projects.
• Provide academic guidance and support to students.
• Stay current with advancements in ICT and educational methodologies.
• Participate in faculty meetings and college development activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates should possess:

• A relevant Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A teaching qualification or relevant teaching experience is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages, networking, database management, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.

Experience

Previous experience in teaching or training in an ICT-related field is preferred.
