JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities
- 1st-line IT support, troubleshoot networks, hardware, EMR, telehealth & pharmacy systems
- Manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and enforce cybersecurity
- Deploy devices, networks, and virtual clinic infrastructure
- Maintain documentation, asset inventory, and assist developers
Requirements:
- 2–4 years IT support/Systems experience
- Networking, Windows/Linux, cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Diploma/degree in IT/Computer Science; relevant certifications a plus
- Proactive problem-solver, comfortable using AI tools
Added advantage:
Experience supporting digital healthcare systems, telehealth platforms, or clinical environments.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: bachelor degree
