Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in IT support or systems administration
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting
- Experience managing servers, databases, and security systems
- Ability to maintain company systems, websites, and internal software
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
- Experience with cloud platforms and backup systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly to technical issues
