• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, servers, hardware, software, and telecommunications systems.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team, setting goals and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure IT security and compliance with regulations (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, WHO standards).
• Manage vendors, contracts, and service level agreements.
• Oversee IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, within budget and quality standards.
• Maintain data integrity and implement risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with departments like R&D, QA, and Regulatory Affairs to provide IT solutions.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Minimum 4 years' experience in IT, including 2 years in team management.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical settings is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and validated systems.
• Gujarati/Indian language skills are a plus.
