  • IT Support Specialist

    We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical assistance and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across all departments. The specialist will assist in implementing IT projects to enhance operational efficiency within our fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' hands-on IT support experience, preferably in FMCG or fast-paced operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Experience supporting CCTV and tracking systems.

Key Roles/Responsibilities

  • Provide first- and second-level technical support to end users (hardware, software, network, and systems).
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve IT-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, network devices, and applications.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure data security through regular updates and backups.
  • Support IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, servers, and business applications.
  • Assist in planning and executing IT projects, including upgrades and rollouts.
  • Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with company IT policies.
  • Support IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, servers, CCTV systems, vehicle tracking systems, and business applications.
