Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Technician to join our client's dynamic team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and networks.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Respond to IT support requests from users in a timely and professional manner.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to end-users.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT systems.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and network protocols.
• Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.

Experience
