About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Systems Coordinator and Developer to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, and developing innovative solutions to meet our business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, network management, and software development.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain server hardware, operating systems, and application software.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime and efficiency.
  • Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Develop, test, and deploy custom software applications and scripts to automate processes and improve workflows.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect company data and systems.
  • Manage IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and inventory.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Systems Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux).
  • Experience with network configuration and management (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
  • Experience with database management (SQL).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT systems administration and development.
