Responsibilities or duties
- Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy and roadmap.
- Manage ERP, CRM, sales, inventory and business systems.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, hardware and technical support.
- Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, backups and disaster recovery.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures and controls.
- Manage IT vendors, contracts and software licences.
- Drive system improvements, automation and technology projects.
- Monitor IT performance, risks, expenditure and report to management.
Qualifications or requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant IT experience.
- At least 2 years’ experience in an IT supervisory/management role.
- Proven experience managing ERP/CRM, business applications, IT infrastructure and networks.
- Experience managing external IT vendors/service providers.
ADDED ADVANTAGE
- ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, Cybersecurity or Project Management certification.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, FMCG, Manufacturing or Distribution
- Experience with ERP/CRM implementation and improvement.
- Knowledge of data protection and information security requirements.
