JOB DETAILS:

To manage the Club’s IT infrastructure and provide graphic design support, ensuring seamless technology operations and visually compelling marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Management:

• Maintain optimal performance of internet/WIFI systems across all Club facilities.
• Serve as the primary contact for PC hardware servicing and software licensing.
• Manage IT inventory, maintenance contracts, and system backups.
• Troubleshoot technical issues for staff and liaise with service providers.

Graphic Design:

• Design promotional materials, logos, and visuals aligned with the Club’s branding.
• Support marketing initiatives with engaging digital and print content.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in IT or related field (in-depth knowledge of Microsoft OS required).
• Graphic design certification (preferred).
• Experience in a membership-based organization (advantageous).

Performance Metrics:

• High user satisfaction with IT systems.
• Minimal equipment downtime.
• Timely resolution of technical issues.
• Professional-quality graphic deliverables.
