In today’s evolving reproductive health environment, IVF clinics and embryology labs rely on high-quality equipment, consumables, and technical support to deliver successful patient outcomes. The IVF Sales Executive will play a crucial part in ensuring these facilities have the right tools, insights, and after-sales support to deliver excellence.
Responsibilities or duties
- Building and nurturing relationships with fertility clinics, reproductive health centers, and IVF laboratories
- Promoting and positioning IVF/ART products including lab equipment, culture media, reagents, disposables, and consumables
- Conducting technical demonstrations and offering clinical guidance to support product adoption
- Overseeing the full customer lifecycle from product queries and order support to delivery coordination and after-sales engagement
- Gathering market intelligence on IVF trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs
- Collaborating with marketing and technical teams on training initiatives and educational campaigns
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the IVF business line
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- A candidate with a degree in medical, biomedical, or life sciences coupled with practical experience selling medical devices, diagnostics, or specialized consumables.
- Familiarity with IVF/ART processes is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation skills, and a customer-focused approach are essential.
