KCA University is a premier private university committed to providing holistic education that transforms lives. We are seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced individual to fill the position of Innovation & Incubation Officer at our Town Campus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to foster innovation and entrepreneurship within the university community.
• Identify and nurture innovative ideas and potential start-ups from students, faculty, and staff.
• Manage and oversee the university's innovation and incubation programs and facilities.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to innovators and entrepreneurs.
• Facilitate access to resources, funding, and networks for start-ups.
• Organize workshops, training sessions, and events related to innovation and entrepreneurship.
• Collaborate with industry partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress and impact of innovation and incubation initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Master's degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least five (5) years of relevant experience in innovation management, entrepreneurship development, or incubation programs.
• Proven track record in developing and managing innovation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of the start-up ecosystem and venture capital.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position based at KCA University's Town Campus.
