Responsibilities or duties
To drive institutional and group revenue growth by generating qualified B2B leads, supporting sales closures, and positioning the hotel as a reliable base for long-stay, corporate, NGO, government, and AFCON-related clients.
This is NOT a social media role.
This role focuses on revenue pipelines, institutional relationships, and lead generation — not likes, influencers, or daily posting.
- Identify and target NGOs, corporates, government bodies, training firms, and AFCON-linked organizations
- Build and manage professional sales decks, proposals, and pitch materials
- Execute direct outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, professional WhatsApp)
- Generate qualified leads and coordinate site visits and walkthroughs
- Support the sales team with follow-ups and proposal tracking
- Maintain a structured lead-to-revenue pipeline tracker
- Assist in AFCON positioning and institutional readiness messaging
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
Experience needed
- 3–5 years experience in B2B or institutional marketing
- Experience in hospitality, real estate, insurance, or corporate services preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers
- Results-driven and revenue-oriented
