Responsibilities or duties

To drive institutional and group revenue growth by generating qualified B2B leads, supporting sales closures, and positioning the hotel as a reliable base for long-stay, corporate, NGO, government, and AFCON-related clients.

This is NOT a social media role.

This role focuses on revenue pipelines, institutional relationships, and lead generation — not likes, influencers, or daily posting.

  • Identify and target NGOs, corporates, government bodies, training firms, and AFCON-linked organizations
  • Build and manage professional sales decks, proposals, and pitch materials
  • Execute direct outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, professional WhatsApp)
  • Generate qualified leads and coordinate site visits and walkthroughs
  • Support the sales team with follow-ups and proposal tracking
  • Maintain a structured lead-to-revenue pipeline tracker
  • Assist in AFCON positioning and institutional readiness messaging

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Experience needed

  • 3–5 years experience in B2B or institutional marketing
  • Experience in hospitality, real estate, insurance, or corporate services preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers
  • Results-driven and revenue-oriented
