Super Metro Insurance Agency Ltd is seeking to recruit a competent and motivated Insurance Officer who is ready to carry forward the vision of the agency, contribute to its growth, and make a meaningful positive impact through professionalism and excellence in service delivery. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the agency’s insurance operations, ensuring efficient service delivery to clients, and strengthening relationships with underwriters and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the issuance of insurance covers, including processing of policy documentation in liaison with underwriters.
• Handle policy renewals and endorsements, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and proper documentation.
• Manage and follow up on insurance claims and related legal matters, liaising with insurers, lawyers, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and offering professional guidance on insurance matters.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and promoting the agency’s insurance products and solutions.
• Support the agency’s business development activities and contribute towards growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal insurance procedures in all operational processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Insurance or Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance/a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in insurance, particularly in customer service, underwriting, or claims management.
• Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance (COP) will be an added advantage.
• Sound knowledge of insurance claims processes and related legal matters.
• Proficiency in insurance operations, processes, products, and services.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• A team player able to effectively manage tasks and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
