Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Sales Representative located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Insurance Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting and selling insurance products and services, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role involves providing excellent customer service, advising clients on insurance policies, and collaborating with team members to meet sales targets. The position requires proactive engagement with clients and a passion for financial protection.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Insurance Sales and general Sales skills

Experience with Customer Service and building strong client relationships

Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage concepts

Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision

Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an advantage

A diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
