Job Summary As an Interior Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning interior spaces that are both functional and aesthetically appealing. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams to create innovative and sustainable interior environments that meet the highest standards of quality and design excellence. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing the user experience and ensuring that each project aligns with the client's vision and our company's commitment to excellence.

  • Create comprehensive architectural designs, including spatial layouts, floor plans, various types of visualizations as required and detailed drawings.
  • Develop design concepts that align with clients’ needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures to achieve desired aesthetics and functionality.
  • Meet with clients to understand their requirements, objectives, and vision for the project.
  • Present design proposals and concepts, incorporating client feedback to refine and finalize designs.
  • Provide expert advice on design trends, sustainability practices, and innovative solutions.
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure design timelines and milestones are met.
  • Oversee the implementation of designs, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software and other design tools to produce detailed drawings and 3D models.
  • Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and accessibility standards.
  • Conduct site visits to assess progress, address design challenges, and ensure project integrity.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to integrate interior designs seamlessly with overall building structures.
  • Facilitate coordination meetings and design reviews to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Resolve any design-related issues that arise during the construction phase.
  • Incorporate sustainable design practices and materials to promote environmental responsibility.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance design quality.
  • Innovate and experiment with new design techniques and materials to push the boundaries of interior architecture.
  • Prepare detailed design documentation, including specifications, schedules, and budgets.
  • Maintain accurate records of design changes, client communications, and project developments.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and management on project status and milestones.
