Summary

We are a leading interior design and fit-out company known for delivering high-quality, innovative, and functional spaces across residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail sectors. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer or Architect to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed design drawings, layouts, and presentations using AutoCAD and other design tools.

Assist in creating concept designs, mood boards, and material boards for client presentations.

Prepare and update architectural/interior drawings such as plans, sections, elevations, joinery details, and as-built drawings.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.

Conduct site visits for measurements, inspections, and design reviews.

Support in selecting materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures based on project requirements.

Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, codes, and company guidelines.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Approximately 2 years of experience with a reputable design, fit-out, or architectural firm.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D essential; 3D is an advantage).

Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or similar design software is a plus.

Strong understanding of materials, joinery details, and construction techniques.

Ability to produce high-quality technical drawings and design documentation.

Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and spatial awareness.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
