Role Context:

The Intern Accounts Assistant will support the Finance department in various accounting tasks, gaining practical experience in financial operations within a non-profit organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing invoices and payments.
  • Help maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Support in preparing financial reports.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations.
  • Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.

Experience:

No prior professional experience required, but relevant internship or volunteer experience is a plus.

Additional Notes:

This is an internship position offering valuable hands-on experience.
