Background
We're looking for energetic interns to help grow our platform through social media and online communities.
Responsibilities
What you'll do:
- Promote across Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok & Telegram
- Manage communities & engage potential users
- Convert leads into registered & active users
- Track and report daily performance
KPIs
100+ DMs/day · 20+ registrations/day · 600+ new users/month
Earnings
KES 15K stipend + commission up to 10% based on performance
Top performers can grow to Team Leader (KES 25K base + higher commission)
Working Hours
Mon–Sat with structured shifts, plus Sunday mornings
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
