Job Purpose
To provide assistance to the procurement officer on strategic leadership in development, implementation and review of policies, procedures, frameworks, strategies, plans, legislations, standards and regulations on procurement management and Administration.

Job Specification
i) For appointment to this position, an applicant must have:
- Certificate in Criminalogy or its equivalent from a recognized technical institution;
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Examination (KCSE) mean grade D+ orrecognized equivalent qualification with at least a D in either Mathematics, English or Kiswahili;
- Occupational Health and Safety knowledge;
- 1 years of experience in security services, preferable a college;
- Must be a person who can work with minimum supervision, high integrity, possesses good interpersonal and communication skill;
- Certificate of good conduct.
- Should have computer skills and be proficient in use of Microsoft Office;
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
