Responsibilities or duties

The Internal Valuer will be responsible for conducting valuations of assets, preparing valuation reports, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role will involve collaboration with various teams to provide accurate valuations and expert insights to support strategic decision-making and other banking operations.
Qualifications or requirements
- Strong analytical and research skills for conducting asset valuations and assessing market trends
- Knowledge of valuation methodologies and regulatory compliance
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in financial analysis and data interpretation
- Effective communication and report-writing skills
Experience needed
Experience in the banking or financial sector is an advantage

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field; professional certification in valuation is preferred
