- Assist in allocating consumable costs to manufacturing or production orders where applicable.
BOM Accuracy & Engineering Support
- Collaborate with engineering teams to maintain accurate Bills of Material.

- Identify production losses, scrap levels, or yield inconsistencies.
- Support ongoing improvements to ensure BOMs reflect actual operational practices.
Import Forecasting for Consumables
- Analyze consumption trends to identify items suitable for direct import procurement.
- Work with procurement and sales teams to forecast long-lead purchase requirements.
- Recommend reorder strategies for imported versus locally sourced materials.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of stock counts, variance reports, and adjustment documentation.
- Ensure proper filing and audit trails for warehouse financial activities.
- Support internal compliance and operational discipline in inventory processes.
Key Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- At least 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, stock management, or a related operational/finance role.
