HiHome Appliances Limited is looking for a reliable Inventory Supervisor to join its growing team. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review inventory reports for all shops and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Conduct physical inventory audits across all shop locations.
  • Follow up on supplier Goods Received Note (GRN) approvals.
  • Review and approve inter-shop inventory transfers.
  • Monitor daily in-stock reports for all shops and address stock availability issues.
  • Review and manage dead stock, recommending appropriate action where necessary.
  • Perform supplier statement reconciliations and balance confirmations.
  • Oversee daily receiving documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Monitor and improve all inventory workflows to maintain efficient stock control.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
  • Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock management, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Experience in electronics retail will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
