Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Jewelry & Watch Specialists to join our onboard retail team. As a Jewelry & Watch Specialist, you will be responsible for showcasing and selling a wide range of luxury jewelry and watches to our discerning guests. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Showcase and present jewelry and watch collections, highlighting features and benefits.
• Provide expert advice on product selection, styling, and care.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is well-presented.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
• Manage inventory, stock control, and conduct regular stock takes.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury retail sales, specifically in jewelry and watches.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, and watch brands.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work on a cruise ship with varying schedules.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury jewelry and watch sales.
