Position Summary

We are seeking a talented, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support our Architecture team in the design, documentation, and delivery of construction projects. The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional technical drawing abilities, strong architectural detailing skills, and advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare concept, schematic, and detailed architectural drawings using Autodesk Revit.
  • Produce accurate construction documentation including plans, elevations, sections, schedules and working drawings.
  • Develop high-quality architectural details suitable for construction.
  • Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP and quantity surveying disciplines.
  • Assist with site inspections, reports and technical queries.
  • Prepare presentation drawings, 3D models and renderings.
  • Maintain project documentation and comply with GGL drawing standards.
  • Support senior architects in project coordination.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Architecture from a recognized university/ college.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships or attachments are an added advantage).

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Mandatory).
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp and Lumion/Enscape.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong architectural detailing and construction documentation skills.
  • Good understanding of building construction methods and materials.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
