Job Summary:

Prime Bank is seeking a proactive and analytical Junior Audit Officer to join our Internal Audit team. The successful candidate will play a key role in conducting financial, operational, and compliance audits, assessing internal controls, identifying risks, and supporting regulatory compliance and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits.
• Assess internal controls and identify risks.
• Support regulatory compliance and governance.
• Recommend improvements that enhance business performance.
• Prepare audit reports and documentation.
• Follow up on audit findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen controls.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• CPA-K (or progress towards completion).
• At least 3 years experience in audit, risk, compliance, or finance, preferably within the banking sector.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
