Background

We welcome individuals who are eager to dedicate the next 2-3 years to this program to build the right skills and track record for global careers in tech & data.

Our roles include Junior QA Engineer, Junior Tech Support Engineer, Junior Data Analyst, Junior Data Engineer, Junior DevOps, and Junior Designer. Please note these positions are geared towards recent graduates who are starting their career journeys.

Our partners are US and European technology companies creating exciting products in finance, education, healthcare, telecommunications, enterprise software, logistics, and much more.

Successful candidates will be trained and placed with one of our partner companies, initially for a 3-month Fellowship to learn the role and demonstrate what you can do. If you perform well, you will unlock long-term employment with your partner company.

All Tana Fellows work from home, and are expected to have an appropriate laptop, phone, internet connection, stable power, and home office environment.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for Tana, you must be: 1) a Kenyan citizen, and 2) fully finished with university or other educational programs. If you've completed coursework but are awaiting graduation, you may also apply.
