JOB SUMMARY
Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
Up to two (2) years relevant experience in HR, data analysis, administration, or operations support is desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
Basic understanding of HR information systems.
Knowledge of data analysis principles and reporting methods.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect, validate, and maintain HR and workforce data including headcount, attendance, scheduling, turnover, and deployment records.
- Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports on HR and operational metrics.
- Monitor workforce utilization and support staffing optimization activities.
- Track recruitment metrics such as vacancies, time-to-fill, onboarding progress, and attrition trends.
- Support compliance monitoring related to statutory requirements, licensing, certifications, and internal HR policies.
- Maintain HR information systems and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
- Assist in payroll audits, documentation reviews, and record verification exercises.
- Identify inconsistencies or anomalies in HR data and escalate for corrective action.
- Support process improvement initiatives within HR and operational workflows.
- Liaise with operations teams to ensure workforce data aligns with deployment plans and contractual obligations.
