JOB DETAILS:
Junior Secondary School Teachers

Qualifications
• At least a C (plain) in KCSE or equivalent and a minimum of B (plain) in the teaching subject.
• Must be registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
• AP1-Trained Teacher, with a Bachelor's degree in education with any of the following subject combinations,
• Physics/ Chemistry
• Geography /History
• C. English/Literature
• Kiswahili/CRE
• Mathematics/Business studies
• Home science/Biology
• Agriculture/Geography

• A born-again Christian.
• Good communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Conversant with the Competence Based Curriculum (CBC).
• At least three (3) years teaching experience,
• Competence in extra - curricular activities will be an added advantage.
• A team player
• Guidance and counselling skills or Science Lab working experience will be an added advantage.
• Compliance with the requirements of chapter 6 of the constitution of Kenya.


Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
