We are currently seeking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Tour Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual passionate about travel and customer service, looking to grow their career in the tourism industry.

Responsibilities

The Junior Tour Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with travel arrangements, providing expert advice on destinations and travel packages, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key duties include managing bookings, creating itineraries, and handling client inquiries.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a Degree or Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management, Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in Tour Operations, Travel Consultancy, or GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is an added advantage. A minimum of 5 years of experience in tour operations, travel consultancy, or a customer service role within a travel agency, tour company, or hospitality setting is required. Familiarity with GDS platforms, online booking tools, or CRM systems is preferred. The ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively, and deliver high-quality client service is essential.

Additional Details

Exposure to group travel coordination, itinerary planning, or corporate travel is desirable.
