Responsibilities:

• Assist in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of information systems.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create system specifications, flowcharts, and diagrams.
• Test and troubleshoot systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and developers on various projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with system development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience:

• Previous internship or entry-level experience in systems analysis or a related IT role is a plus.
