Stedmak Gardens is seeking an experienced Kitchen Operations and Training Manager whose primary focus is training, developing, and professionalizing the kitchen team, while strengthening operational controls and food standards.
Key Focus of the Role
- Training and mentoring kitchen staff (core responsibility)
- Strong understanding and application of HACCP and food safety standards
- Food costing, portion control, and kitchen P&L awareness
- Waste management and wastage reduction
- Food presentation and plating training
- Implementing and enforcing kitchen SOPs, hygiene, and discipline
- Supervising and evaluating kitchen staff and leadership performance
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management
- Minimum 5 years’ kitchen experience, including leadership roles
- Proven experience in kitchen training and staff development
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, food costing, waste management, and food presentation
- Excellent people management and coaching skills
