Job Summary:

The KRCHN/BSN Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care to patients while ensuring compliance with professional, ethical, and institutional standards. The role involves patient assessment, treatment administration, health education, monitoring patient progress, and collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver safe and effective healthcare services.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in nursing from a recognized and accredited institution.
  • Registered and licensed by the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK).
  • Minimum of four (4) years' experience in a busy healthcare facility.
  • Valid BLS and ACLS certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Training in PMTCT and Quality Improvement will be an added advantage.
  • Training in Emergency Obstetric and Newborn Care is an added advantage.

Competencies & Skills:

  • Strong clinical and patient care skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent teamwork and problem- solving abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients
