Kiswahili / History Teacher – 1 Position

Job Summary:
The successful candidate will teach Kiswahili and History, facilitate effective learning, assess student performance, and contribute to the academic and co-curricular development of learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver engaging Kiswahili and History lessons.
• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
• Assess and monitor learners' academic progress.
• Provide remedial support and academic guidance where necessary.
• Maintain accurate learner and academic records.
• Encourage critical thinking, effective communication, and appreciation of history and culture.
• Participate in school activities, departmental programmes, and co-curricular activities.
• Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Uphold school policies, professional standards, and learner welfare requirements.

Requirement:

• Must be TSC compliant.
• Relevant teaching qualification in Kiswahili/History.
