JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose Statement
Ensure proper management, distribution, and maintenance of team equipment, apparel, and training gear; support technical bench in logistical needs.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage inventory of kits, training gear, equipment
- Track stock, identify shortages, request replenishments
- Keep accurate records of kit distribution, usage, returns
- Distribute and collect kits during camps, matches; comply with kit regulations
- Oversee maintenance, cleanliness, repairs, storage
- Manage laundry services, care of gear during camps/tournaments
- Provide reporting on kit usage and future needs
- Respond promptly to kit requests from players and technical staff
- Anticipate needs for different weather, venues, competition requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Certificate or Diploma in Sports Management, Logistics preferred
- Experience in team equipment management
- Knowledge of CAF/FIFA competition regulations
